Who am I and why I've decided to make a homepage?

I was born in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenija in the far far away year 1972. As almost everyone else I attended primary and secondary school (yes, Gimnazija Sentvid still exists, we did not blow it up...) and ended being a student of Applied Mathematics at the Faculty for Mathematics and Physics of the University of Ljubljana.

I've no idea how I managed to make it to the final year in 1996 through all the years of proving the obvious, proving the not so obvious and proving the obviously untrue theorems and statements, but I actually managed to graduate with a final project in the field of the Partial Differential Equations of Mathematical Physics and enter the postgraduate Research Course in Mathematics. There are also other mathematical fields that I find very interesting, like Complex Analysis (especially Chaos and Fractals), Logic (Goedel theory), Graph Theory and others, but enough has been said on Mathematics. After the diploma I got a job as an assistant at the Faculty for Electronical Enginnering at University of Ljubljana, where at the moment I am teaching the students of the first year how to behave themselves among the derivatives, integrals, matrices and other scary mathematical objects.

I am also an Internet addict (especially when it comes to writing e-mails to some of my very good friends), which is the one and only reason why I've bothered to learn html and write this page.

So much for my biography, now let's talk about nicer things than school...
