I use Sigma 24-70, Sigma 70-300 APO and Cosina 100mm Macro lenses. There is also a wide 18-35mm lens somwhere waiting for me.
I also use Minolta 5400 HS flash and some filters - mostly red for B&W and Cokin polarizer, 80A, 81B and grey and blue graduated. The bag I use is Lowepro Orion AW, a great and very handy photobag.
